Horrible. While visiting Vegas I purchased a pair of sunglasses I liked. They took my payment of $400 and promised to mail me the glasses I purchased since the pair I chose was missing the case . Then after 3 weeks they told me they couldnt get them and offered a store credit. I live in Florida what good is a store credit. I called customer service repeatedly and left messages but noone returns my calls. Dont deal with this buisness they are nothing but a bunch of crooks.

Whereas Luxottica continues to flood the market with middle-of-the-road frames of questionable value and mediocre customer service, Morgenthal Fredericks and LOH continues to strive with passion for the highest standards of ophthalmic quality and optical skill!
