I am extremely disappointed with the way the issues were handled by the company's customer service team. Their approach needs to be re-evaluated. There should never be any hesitation in doing what is fair and just. The stove we received only worked for a few months. One of the burners sparked and made a loud noise, which tripped the breaker. To management: This post should not come as a surprise as it was sent registered mail, email, and text. Unfortunately you left me no choice but to post this letter as your company refused to provide a legitimate serial number for the new electric range I purchased. Further to that you refused to pick up the range as requested costing me delivery charges to your shop.
