Would not use their service in the future. We booked round trip from hotel to cruise terminal. Hotel to cruise was fine shuttle was on time, no issues. Great experience. Come to disembarking day, total mess. I call about an hour before we disembark, lady says to call back when we are off the ship. We call when we disembark, now a guy tells me they can't pick us up at original location. We need to walk to a garage about 5 minutes away. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't book them; you will wait for 2 hours before you get picked up. It was 11 of us; we called at 9am after we got off the cruise, and we weren't picked up till 11. They kept saying it was because of an accident on the eway, and that wasn't the case. Monet shuttle had come with four different rides, picking up all their customers. They were around the clock, nonstop picking people up. And we paid 15 per person, and guess what? Uber was cheaper. zero stars. I paid 146 dollars for a ride to and from our hotel. The driver was over an hour late and still at the port dropping people off so I told the lady at their office I was going to cancel the trip and find another ride. She said no problem we will issue a refund in 2 to 4 days. Refund never came. I called about a week later and a rude guy answered the phone and said he didn't have an email about a refund. DO NOT BOOK THESE SCAMMERS…. Book them for a return trip from Miami Port from our Carnival cruise, called them the lady said driver would be there in 15 minutes… we go to where the other people were at with the same red stickers on for pickup and they said they had been waiting for an hour. I called back 30 minutes later, still no driver. I’m telling them we’re about to miss out flight, we have 2 disabled people with us that are just sitting in the heat. Lady said she would refund me. I was nervous when a guy walked up to me in comfort suites and offered rides from the port on my return. But after the issues the night before, I knew it was worth the risk. He seemed legit and he knew the staff. When I got back to port, I called, they answered, and though 10 mins or so late, the port is nuts, they were respectful, and diligent. Miami port traffic is unbearable.
