I was nervous when a guy walked up to me in comfort suites and offered rides from the port on my return. But after the issues the night before, I knew it was worth the risk. He seemed legit and he knew the staff. When I got back to port, I called, they answered, and though 10 mins or so late, the port is nuts, they were respectful, and diligent. Miami port traffic is unbearable.

Paid for a round trip pickup. Tried reaching out on day of return, had some complications where phone was lost on trip. Called. Left Voicemail. Texted. Tried to schedule pickup day of return. No response, no follow up after briefly speaking with someone who said to call once we arrived at the pickup point. Nothing after. Completely ripped off. Will dispute transaction with bank. Should have checked reviews before booking.

Grabbed a walk up shuttle while getting off the ship this morning. In all of the chaos, we left a bag in the shuttle. We couldn't remember the driver or the company. But when I contacted several drivers, who were at the airport dropping off cruisers, Rosario from LGM called me back. She said she had contacted the driver who had my bag. And that she would have him drop it off at my hotel. A very hectic day that turned into a huge relief, of not having to replace lost items Thanks to LGM.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We were approached while taking a shuttle to the cruise port. We were offered a ride back from the port to the airport for $15 per person. We paid $45 in cask and were given red stickers to wear. We were told to call the number on the stickers when we got off the ship and we would be told where to go for pick up. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Paid for a round trip from the Hilton Blue Lagoon in Miami to the cruise port. They were over 2 hours delayed in getting a big group of us to the port. They were 2 hours late in picking us up from the port on the return to the airport. Many people waiting for flights likely missed them. We gave up and got a taxi, so out the extra $30 cash we paid. Called them MULTIPLE times from the port to ask when they would be there. "Soon" and "They should be there in 5 minutes" then an hour later, still nothing. ... read more
