Was told by staff that a bus arrives at the cruise port for transportation every 15 minutes at the time of ticket purchase. Over a dozen customers waited over an hour for the bus to arrive. Multiple. Customers called the company to inquire about when and where the bus would arrive. Some were hung up on… others told the bus was arriving now, when it was not. I do not recommend this company at all. They are not truthful and very difficult to work with. Stick with uber!!!

Grabbed a walk up shuttle while getting off the ship this morning. In all of the chaos, we left a bag in the shuttle. We couldn't remember the driver or the company. But when I contacted several drivers, who were at the airport dropping off cruisers, Rosario from LGM called me back. She said she had contacted the driver who had my bag. And that she would have him drop it off at my hotel. A very hectic day that turned into a huge relief, of not having to replace lost items Thanks to LGM.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Paid for a round trip from the Hilton Blue Lagoon in Miami to the cruise port. They were over 2 hours delayed in getting a big group of us to the port. They were 2 hours late in picking us up from the port on the return to the airport. Many people waiting for flights likely missed them. We gave up and got a taxi, so out the extra $30 cash we paid. Called them MULTIPLE times from the port to ask when they would be there. "Soon" and "They should be there in 5 minutes" then an hour later, still nothing. ... read more

Very poor. Driver was very good but they appear to be over scheduled for both pick ups and returns. We booked for 10:30 transfer to cruise terminal and the shuttle ran an hour behind. We booked for 9:30 pick up at the terminal upon return and they were nearly an hour behind again. I called twice about the pick up along with other travelers. Driver had 3 spots left on first transfer and after telling my husband to get an Uber /Lyft and I’d get a refund at the hotel, he called someone and then told us to hop on. If I could give this place 0 stars and still be able to leave a review, I would. They were used for the parking at the Double Tree Airport Miami Mart location and they made everyone park 5-6 cars DEEP which meant that cars were being blocked on every side. We HAD to park somewhere and got their early to find parking but we were NOT told that this would be occurring and only found out later. I asked the staff why they were doing this and that it was illegal and what if there was an emergency and they said the higher ups force... read more
