Terrible experience. My sister in law prepaid for us to get picked up at the airport on 19 April 2024. Cancelled check to prove it. I phoned to confirm and his first question was, Did you prepay? Never showed the following night. Never picked up phone when we called that night numerous times nor countless times after that. Will have to contact Better Business Bureau if not resolved. I am out $230 plus the very expensive last minute car rental. John Baker

Used Ronnie on our wedding night from Sebastian to Vero. Great rates and an exceptional driver. We have not ridden with anyone since. He’s always willing to keep us safe. Ronnie is professional and an excellent conversationalist with a bubbly personality. I highly recommend his clean car, prompt pick up and seamless accommodations.
