my child's carseat and some personal belongings was STOLEN by the owner after he "repossessed" the car. I didnt see anywhere in the rental agreement about holding personal items as collateral for late payments. he was completely understanding of payments being late due to me being in the hospital for a week but became very distrustful after repossessing the vehicle and taking my family's belongings. I hope keeping the carseat and the candles my father gifted me after safely delivering my new born was worth what was past due.

I recently rented a vehicle and my experience was superb. Communicating was easy. The car itself was clean, a smooth ride, and well maintained as it gave me no issues for as long as I had it. Compared to bigger companies this was the better choice. Will definitely be using them again.
