I regularly get facials and massages, but this was my first visit to this medical spa — and it definitely won’t be my last! My aesthetician, Haylee, was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their experience. Haylee is a fantastic skin professional, and I highly recommend booking with her!
Please beware and record your consultations/conversations especially with Kelly. My experience with Kelly is that she’s dishonest, untrustworthy, passive aggressive and lacks accountability. I told her the results I was seeking and she recommended microneedling. She shared a story about her experience and results. I was vulnerable and showed her my target areas and she reiterated that she has seen good results with microneedling, she’s even paying for sessions. I took her at her word.
