Sheilia, an aesthetician at Stoney Point, is the BEST. I’ll never see anyone else. She really knows her stuff. She is kind and friendly but also has a real commitment to customer satisfaction! I love the bed warmer and she always has it on for me and is ready and waiting when I get there. And believe me, I have had it all…cavitation, micro-needling, facials, EMS, HIFU, dermaplane and more. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I wouldn’t see anyone but Sheilia. These 5 stars are are just for you!
I don’t write Google reviews, but this deserved one. Found a deal through an ad they ran on IG and booked an appointment. They confirmed with me several times throughout the past week that this is what I would be receiving. Once I arrived and filled out all of the forms, I was pulled into an office where they told me that they could not offer this treatment to me for that price bc I had already gone to another location before. Rude self centered and makes her personal problems other people not what a business should do
I honestly may need a refund.. I can never get in touch with customer service. I’ve had several cancelled appointments on their end, this is so unprofessional
This post isn't even about the services they provide because I wasn't given the chance to experience any. I was contacted yesterday to confirm my appt. for today. I called back yesterday to confirm, show up at Stony Point today, call to find out exactly where they're located, and was told that my appt. had not been confirmed. I believe the person who told me this was the same person I confirmed with yesterday! No worries, there are other spas.
