I made a reservation though provide a ride for my appt a week ago. I added my son because he has an appointment at same place different time. My ride shows up through Luxtrans which he already had one passenger and picked me and my son then his boss said he didn't get it. Then wanted to talk to his boss that's not my job. Had the same driver yesterday which he picked up another passenger and I was few minutes late to my appointment. They need to have better schedules or giving their drivers more than they can handle.
