Everytime I go I have the BEST experience. The staff is friendly, professional and truly knowledgeable about their field. I would recommend them to everyone
So far my experience has been VERY frustrating trying to make an appointment. I called for an entire day to book an appointment and it goes to voicemail every time. I finally left a message and they returned the call a day later using "NO CALLER ID" so I did not answer the call. They left a voicemail and I immediately returned it and it went to their voicemail again. They returned the call shortly thereafter to tell me that I couldn't get an appointment for a MONTH! How absurd...
This spa is on the 1st floor of a nice building in Garden City. The spa is cozy and clean, the staff are real friendly and accommodating. They do Couples Massages, Facials, Body Wraps (no shower though) I recommend them
I really enjoy the service at lux spa! I bought a Groupon once and have been going ever since. Every time is a relaxing visit experience!
