I was at the sunglass hut at the Carlsbad Outlet Location, and experienced the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I would've expected it from a regular employee, not a manager. I simply tried to return a pair of Michael Kors Sunglasses. The manager David Salazaar was so disrespectful to my girlfriend and I that we just had to leave. I'll never purchase anything from the sunglass hut again. Worst Service and horrible attitudes!
