I ordered 2 doona cover sets in July, only one was supplied. Asked for clarification as to the whereabouts of the rest of my order, was told they were out of stock. Was told that if stock was not arriving soon I would get a refund. No stock, no refund and now no communication. I won't use them again or recommend them to anyone. I replied to their reply over a month ago still no product or refund. Never use them again. Dodgy company. I wish I could give them no stars.

Very happy with Luxor's service. I contacted them asking if they could deliver my items within the week and was told they would look out for my order and make it a priority. Correspondence was great and the order came a day early.
