Worst car service. Do not use them, they will cancel your ride if ever complain about anything. They cancel a ride I booked for my client because I complain about them forgetting to dispatch a driver. while the passenger was waiting for them at the Airport. SAD!

Definitely recommend this company. The booking and reservation process was very simple. And then when an issue arose, where my mother couldn't be present with her CC and ID, we were able to work it out so everyone got what they needed. The driver was EARLY, which is great for special occasions--something as important as my sister's wedding. He was also a good driver, and helpful with loading all the bridesmaids' bags into the trunk (and of course the most important thing, the wedding dress lol).
