Extremely and I mean EXTREMELY disappointed. Rock up to chadstone this morning for my 10am appointment, only to find this shop has CLOSED DOWN permanently. I drive over an hour to get here so for once I could get pampered and pre paid too. No notification from Luxe themselves, nothing. U guys are horrible people for taking my money and not even letting me know u have closed Ur doors. Not happy one little bit. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
I had really bad experience there! The one did my husband massage very gentle can’t fell anything. He felt asleep while massage to my husband. And the lady there tried to over charged us. We booked only 45 mins but she tried to charge us 1 hour. Never come back again 👎👎👎
Terrible customer service - we made a booking over the phone with a scoopon voucher which was validated by them on the phone. Upon driving all the way and waiting for 30 min in reception, they said coupons were already used?? (when clearly the were the ones that marked as used on the phone prior our arrival). We were denied service whatsoever - we felt completed ripped off and we were just advised to contact scoopon directly without any service. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
