I retained Attorney Mangino for a civil matter for less than a year. During that time, I did not receive any periodic billing statements. The only invoice I received was after I requested a refund of my retainer due to minimal movement on my case. I dealt with Matthew T. Mangino had to fire him the day of my hearing he threatened me with violence 2 different times over his fee and got in my daughter and wife’s face all he cared about was his money he did not take the time to really talk to me about my hearing or what was going on personally I think he should be disbarred he is a terrible human being and an even worse attorney!
