Rented for a family vacation everything was perfect & easy to rent
Rented a van for our family and friends for spring break. Was a fun trip for our family until the return process. On our travel home we were stuck in a major storm, which left us unable to drive over night. Upon reflecting this to the office, we promptly returned the van the very next morning, told we would be charge a late fee, which is fine. We rented a huge sprinter van to drive to Big Bend with aging parents and young kids. It was pristine and so comfortable for everyone. It elevated our trip so much and we can’t wait to do another one. Tristan was extremely helpful throughout the process. Can’t recommend enough!
We rented a sprinter for spring break and it’s the only way to travel long distance with kids. They made the process so easy and were very kind. We will definitely be renting from them for our next road trip. Thank you guys so much!
