Rented from these guys last month and the booking process was super smooth. The booking team was really nice and professional every time I called — no complaints there at all. The one star is because of their field staff, though. I don't remember the guy's name, but he was hands-down one of the most unprofessional and rude people I've dealt with. Luxed Vans really came through for us with 2 15-passenger vans last minute!!! We had reserved 2 vans with Enterprise, and when we went to pick them up the day before, Enterprise said they didn’t have it, so we had to scramble to find 2 vans. Luxed Vans and the team really helped us get the 15-passenger vans. Also, when we dropped off the vans, we left some luggage, which they kept safe until I returned to pick it up. Would definitely recommend Luxed Vans!
If your looking for luxury, comfort, and style Luxed Vans is the go too! My family and I had an amazing road trip to Florida with our rental. Highly recommend if you're looking for a sprinter van spacious enough to carry a large group of people comfortably, you've come to the right spot!
