I went to a prp presentation as a esthetician student and I brought my entire class including the owner and instructor while I was there I signed up for a breast lift and was told to pay a 250 dollar deposit depended upon my doctor's approval I was told that it was non refundable unless my doc didn’t approve in which my doc did not approve I then was offered a refund or a chemical peel via text message in which I was speaking with the co owner about so I approved the chemical even though I didn’t really need it I get free ch... read more

I called on Nov 25th 2025 @3:40pm and I was asking for the location of the spa so I could know if they were in close distance for me to book an appointment . The lady that answered the phone was Completely rude and would not tell me the location/city of the office. How am I supposed to book services if I don’t know the location? She seemed frustrated and took it out on me and told me that I wasn’t a good fit for services. Excuse you ma’am, I was only asking for the location. I had three chemical peel sessions, and three different peels were applied to my face. I asked them about it, and they said they were out of the peel that was applied the second time. I was a bit disappointed, but the staff was respectful.
