ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER‼️ I WENT IN FOR LASER TOWNAIL FUNGUS TREATMENT. THE TECHNICIAN WANTED ME TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE OF LITERALLY A “SPEC” OF NAIL POLISH ON MY TOENAIL.... I MEAN YOU COULD BARELY SEE IT. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. I WILL NEVER RETURN FOR SERVICES HERE NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS‼️ THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. THEY GET A RATING OF 0. I WISH I COULDVE GIVEN “0” STARS‼️‼️‼️⬇️

The staff there was so friendly and so knowledgeable and made me feel so ease. I had a micro dermabrasion and it was wonderful. My skin looks so healthy so lively so refreshed.I was so relaxed during the treatment that I actually fell asleep. I would recommend Luxe touch to anyone that looked to have their skin rejuvenated.

Upon booking my appointment Luxe Touch guaranteed 75% of my hair to be gone after 6 treatments. After the 6 treatments my hair is the same nothing removed. I spoke to the owner of Luxe Touch told her of the guarantee she basically called me a liar. Offered one free touch up but then told me it wasn't going to do anything for me I would need to BUY another touch up package. She then interrupts me as I am trying to talk to her. My experience at Luxe Touch was incredible!! Many thanks to Cynon as she is very thorough and excellent with her services I truly recommend her; but everyone on Lady Kay’s staff is amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and the whole experience has me so relaxed, the shoulder and neck rub was an excellent Touch while my mask soaked in, can’t wait for my next appointment! ~Ash~
Absolutely loved the relaxing facial the customer service was excellent and the young lady who did my facial was gentle and sweet. I totally give this experience 5 stars.
