Worst massage experience I’ve had. I booked a 45-minute massage, but the therapist seemed untrained and lacked basic massage skills. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling irritated and disappointed. Infact I had to walk out even before my time The environment wasn’t relaxing either. With a name like Luxe I had hopes of this place being quiet nice, however before I even left home for my appointment I was starting to be disappointed. I had booked an hour long float tank session and 2 and a half hours before my appointment at 5:30pm I got a text from them asking if I could come at 5:45 instead. Was only slightly annoyed that this was delaying my evenings plans afterwards but whatever it's only 15 mins. I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this massage shop. I came in for a neck and back massage. The staff suggested that I remove my clothes because they were “too thin,” so I followed their instruction and lay down waiting. However, I was left waiting for quite a long time without any clear communication. What made the situation worse was that the staff never informed me in advance whether the therapist would be male or female.
