Wow! This place is 5 star. Their selection of patio products is amazing. Their prices are reasonable…but the best thing is the service. I had a complicated jacuzzi install and Marisa helped me every step of the way. She knows everything about hot tubs and was a huge help in creating my backyard oasis. I highly recommend Luxe Outdoor Living for all of your outdoor furniture and decor!
We are very pleased with Marisa she provides an efficient purchasing experience! She will spend as much time as you’d like providing a tutorial / orientating you on your new Jacuzzi!
Wow.... that's all I can say. Whoever this woman "Carla" is, is the exact reason I'll never give these people my money. I called to ask a very simple question but was unable to do so because all she did was interrupt me and talk over me. Nothing better than being a customer and have the merchant yell at you for no reason at all. Thank you Carla, I will gladly go spend my $15,000 somewhere else.
We owned four designer Bar Stools, one of which needed repair. We contacted Luxe Outdoor Living and The Assistant Sales Manager Carla got back to me. The customer service was excellent and the quality of the work by repair of the one and reupholsterery of all four to make them look like new was first class. I highly recommend Luxe Outdoor Living for all your needs.
