Wow.... that's all I can say. Whoever this woman "Carla" is, is the exact reason I'll never give these people my money. I called to ask a very simple question but was unable to do so because all she did was interrupt me and talk over me. Nothing better than being a customer and have the merchant yell at you for no reason at all. Thank you Carla, I will gladly go spend my $15,000 somewhere else.

We owned four designer Bar Stools, one of which needed repair. We contacted Luxe Outdoor Living and The Assistant Sales Manager Carla got back to me. The customer service was excellent and the quality of the work by repair of the one and reupholsterery of all four to make them look like new was first class. I purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub from this company. Their service department is great. Their service tech Adam Glanzman does all the maintenance as needed on my hot tub.
