I highly recommend Andy and staff their customer service, quality eyewear and follow up was outstanding even years after my purchase. He was meticulous in getting my eyeglasses fitted perfectly, which was more challenging with a high astigmatism in trifocals progressive lenses. They take care of their customers, highly skilled which is why I've taken the time to review them.
A big thanks to Luxe Optix today, eye infection and can't wear my contacts for a few days. I had no wearable glasses! I called those glasses in about an hour places and they had "no working machines" it would be a week or so to get glasses. Called this guy and even though they weren't open today, he said, "bring your Rx over and I'll see what I can do." Great experience!! Loved the variety of choices, very unique and different from other optic stores. Couldn't be happier with my glasses. Best glasses I've ever owned (seriously impossible to break). The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect glasses for you. I couldn't resist going back to purchase another pair of trendy glasses. Highly recommend Luxe Optix.
This was a truly great experience and highly recommend for anyone looking for high quality frames and superb customer service by owner Eldar! Eldar has done a fantastic job in selecting great variety of frames and is very knowledgeable on current trends so you can come out with the best looking glasses! Super experience and glasses! I have been searching for a specific shape and size of lenses and a specific type of frame multiple places with no luck, until I found Andy (Eldar). Andy was able to get me 2 different styles and fit each one with the specific shape and size of lens that I was looking for. They are clearly the very best frames and lenses I have ever owned.
