If I could give this business a zero it would most definitely be a zero star. This is not the first time this company and owner Shelby Upchurch of Luxe Home Interiors has not paid vendors. I witnessed an altercation last year with the cleaning lady who was not paid. That is completely true also i see she reported their complaints as false… I hope that issue was resolved. I love all the fun events that Luxe has at their new location coming up. My family and I are so excited to re-decorate with a local company who cares about family and warm fuzzies for the holidays!
Not sure what happened. We met with Luxe in January when we started our new house. Because of shortages we decided to hold off until we knew our cabinet selection and flooring was going to be available. We did stay in touch with them over the past few months. Had an appt I thought set up for a Tuesday, texted Shelby to confirm and received reply that she had it down Wednesday and couldn't change. No big deal, will just meet her at house on Wednesday.
