ZERO STARS!! I do NOT recommend this home health. My grandmother who is 86 came to me to receive home health. Her health has been great up till this point so this is very new to all of us. First day nurse Rachel comes over we don't know who she is or what exactly to expect from her services. She never even explained that to us. My uncle was trying to ask questions and she was talking to him like he's an idiot telling him he needs to talk to the primary Dr but we didn't know that. Nurse Stephanie was great with my dad-very caring and thorough with his catheter care- in fact, she just came here on her day off to fix a catheter issue. Highly recommended!
