Today I received my beautiful homewares I purchased from Luxe. Superbly packed for there journey from Perth WA to Bendigo Vic. The purchases are so glam and expensive looking. Out dated furniture and decor
I was really disappointed after spending thousands in this store and asking to return my rug for a store credit as it was too large. I opened the packaging but did not use it, only to be told too bad, you've opened it. I wanted to support small local business but I'll now furnish the rest of my house from big business and online where I feel the customer is more valued.
I cannot say enough how fantastic Mandy is, her products and customer service is the best in Perth i think!! We have a Hamptons home and when I went to Luxe, I found Mandy to be the best I have dealt with, nothing was to much trouble and she found pieces for me that I didn’t know where to look for!! I would 100% recommend anyone I know to go there and not be disappointed!! Thank you Mandy😊
Today I received my beautiful silver tray from Luxe Furniture and Homewares. I don’t usually like to make purchases on line unless I’m familiar with the products . I am extremely happy with my purchase and also how well it was packaged and the handwritten not Thanking me for my purchase. I also made contact via email asking when I could expect my delivery and much to my surprise Mandys response come almost immediately with detailed information. I will now becoming a regular customer . Thank you so much 😊
