Awful company! Had someone come to do an estimate and start the process. Had a guy cut a piece out of my roof to test. Insurance ended up denying but then they started harassing me for money due to that
Luxe "fixed my roof of hail damage". I have had nothing but trouble since. The first year they said it was ice damning, this year I still have a problem. They won't answer or return me numerous calls. Very unhappy DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE
They have my insurance check and I can't get ahold of them to get work done. They got their money last winter, id like my roof replaced. No one answers and no voicemail?
We are very happy with our siding and only 2 days! Josh was very professional. Just love it.
They took care of all of the roofs in my condo building. They were efficient and clean, and the roofs look great! I would recommend them to anyone!
