My facial was 110% amazing. My skin feels better than ever. Melody took the time to explain what she was doing and why it was important. She is super professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
After my usual salon closed/relocated I thought Id try somewhere new to finally have my brows waxed/tinted after well over a year of neglect 🫣 Meldoy was so kind and accommodating during my consultation and truly showed she was understanding my shape request etc. I was so happy with the overall result and entire experience of visiting her spa and will absolutely be rebooking 💕
I had the most wonderful experience at luxe and I didn't even get a treatment. I was there for a consultation but Melody did not have the laser tools a appropriate for darker skin. She was kind and honest and explained what types of laser hair approval would be best for me. She even asked me to reach out if I had any questions about a potential treatment at another spa if I didn't understand something. On top of that she offered me a delicious cup of tea. My sister had given me a gift certificate for a facial and a facial wax. Mel is exceptional, from the moment you walk into her space. She was so much fun to talk to and she is extremely good at her craft. You can tell immediately. She makes you feel like you have been taken to somewhere warm and comforting. And I can't say enough about her bed!!! If you see her, you will find out. Amazing and I will be returning again, and again........
