6 years later and still looking brand new! 🤩 I wanted to share my fantastic long-term experience with Luxe Blinds. I had their zebra blinds installed on all my windows back in 2019, and even with every windows being a different height and width, the customisation was absolutely flawless. After being recommended this place by a friend, I had my blinds and curtains done here and am highly satisfied. Gloria was exceptionally kind throughout her explanations, and the product itself looks incredibly luxurious, making me very happy with the results.
Horrible customer service and experience. Can’t believe they’ve been doing the business for the last couple of years when they can’t measure the curtains properly in the first place. When you point out flaws, all you hear is Gloria giving you excuses and cutting you off every single time you speak and being argumentative. Her initial suggestion to this was also mind blowing - we can re-drill holes to lower the rail despite of her knowing the whole house has been re-painted.
