Good service and price, warehouse pricing
Abysmal customer service. They sent me the wrong product and I emailed them. No reply after a few days so I rang. Said they can refund me and I can just keep the item that was sent. I declined and requested they send me what I paid for. They organised return post (I had to lodge at post office due to size of item). Emailed them that day with lodgement receipt. Best price online for Bambi Ecorenew Ingeo Corn Fibre Quilt... $254 compared to some sites which were as high as $400. Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. Happily recommend Luxe.
Hopeless customer service. I've emailed. I've called. It's been weeks now. They never get back to me. DON'T BUY FROM HERE !!! Not worth just in case you need some help.
