I was hesitant to place an online order for a doona after reading some of the negative reviews for Luxe Bedding, so I called the business and had a chat with the owner, Vinod. He explained that some customers were unhappy not being able to return opened goods (excluded under the returns policy for health reasons). Satisfied, I placed my order and received my doona a few days later. Very happy with the speed and ease of the process, and happy to return.
I purchased the Valco Baby Snap Ultra P Pram/Stroller as a better walking pram/stroller with ball bearings so that it last over time even with the amount it gets used because we walk everyday and I am a single mother of a 2 year old girl it's our main way of transportation. Lots of space underneath, easy to manoeuvre and put down. Just the right size, breaks are easy to put on and take off, safe and secure. Spent over $400 on a duck down matress topper and developed severe allergies. Once I stopped using the topper allergies went away. It's not something I have experienced before. When I removed the topper I also noticed feathers were sticking out and escaping all over the bed. Customer service did not seem to care about my experience when contacted via email. Very dissapointed.
Good service and price, warehouse pricing
Abysmal customer service. They sent me the wrong product and I emailed them. No reply after a few days so I rang. Said they can refund me and I can just keep the item that was sent. I declined and requested they send me what I paid for. They organised return post (I had to lodge at post office due to size of item). Emailed them that day with lodgement receipt.
