This store has a terrible return policy. No cash refunds on Jewelry but you can get store credit. I bought a candle. No returns on this item because it was seasonal and on sale. Customer service is below average.
The store looked very cute! However, the person working there snapped angrily at me saying that the shop was about to close. I hastily purchased a card and left as soon as I could. I understand that employees don't like when customers arrive close to the closing time, however, I had a long day at work and I don't want to be blamed for not knowing that the store was about to close. I'm not sure if I would go there again.
Been going here because of all the unique stuff, but the prices are so high, and the customer service is very very poor if I could give zero stars in that aspect I would. Constant dirty looks , laughing with other coworkers about customers, etc. I think some owners forget the customers are what keep them going.
