I kept getting blasted by this spa all over my Instagram feed with their Black Friday promo. I was actually interested, so I finally checked it out because the sale looked worth it. Their reel takes you straight into a message option from the ad, so I reached out. The next day I checked my inbox and they left me on READ. Nothing! The nerve of spamming me nonstop and then ignoring someone who was genuinely ready to book. Whoever is handling their social media should be fired. What was that. Eww. Blocked and reported for spam.
First time getting skin treatments, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me decide which treatments were best for me. Clean, pretty space and loved the microneedling and undereye PRP procedures. Would def recommend!

This my top favorite med spa in LA, best customer service you can ask for as a client. The staff at Luxbae always go out of their way to stay in touch with clients and offer promotions with great pricing throughout the year. They also are skilled in so many different treatments, and offer great feedback when you need an honest opinion. I’ve been a client here for a few years now and would recommend Luxbae to anyone interested in a glow up with amazing results!
