Lux Vitae is my sanctuary for contrast therapy. The ice bath and infrared sauna combo leaves me feeling refreshed and recharged every time. The space is calming and spotless. Shonel & the other staff go above and beyond to meet any requests. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recover, and invest in your wellbeing. Highly recommend getting a membership, it's the best decision I've made in years
I got a 90 minute relaxation massage by Sofia. It was great. Sofia is professional and polite, asked me if the pressure was okay, which made the massage a comfortable experience.
Such a lovely place and extremely relaxing in the sauna and Pilates rooms!!! The entire experience is lovely every time I come and the girls are more than happy to help with anything you need. Very lovely facility and always very clean
Awesome place, great service and staff are very welcoming. Best sauna in town. Highly recommend! Were very generous to offer local medical students a well-being day for a bit of time off study! Thank you :)
