COMPLETE FRAUD! DO NOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM! DO NOT HIRE FROM LUX SPORTS CAR RENTAL! You will not have your bond returned to you. You will be lucky if you get the car you booked because they do not even have them in their fleet. John, the owner is a complete con artist. I booked the BMW for 3 days and never drove it. I was given an older Mercedes on the first day and then asked for a refund. John would not refund my money nor would he return my bond. Quick and easy booking process, I was able to have a car reserved with very short notice. Not only cheapest rental prices compared to other similar hire companies, but after all extra kilometres are factored in, flexible return time, delivery of vehicle to my address- these guys offered the best deal and we’re able to work around my travel plans.
