Just popped in today to pick up a leaflet for a scrap book of places visited over the summer. The activekids programme is amazing and we have booked 3 afternoons a week over the hols. The young man was soooo helpful, he got out the promotional A frame so that we could take a photo of it. 100%customer service. Thank you.
Great slides for the kids. A really fun pool, especially after they recently refurbished the changing rooms (which were a bit grotty before).

What pool? Do you mean the ice cold water bath? How can they advertise a toddler splash slot but then not heat up the water to accommodate small children. My toddler's lips turned blue within first 10 minute and shivered until we finally gave up and left (well ahead of the slot end time). Very disappointing every time so much so we stopped going. You would've though the recent closure for improvements would include a new heating system but no..
