We were very pleased with his professional approach and we were really impressed with his extensive knowledge and experience. Jesse is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. My parents' home was a repository of some 150 years of family history, and we kept finding new surprises. Jesse knew instantly what some items were that we couldn’t identify, catalogued everything precisely, and engaged with us with care and sympathy. We have appreciated his expertise, but also his ability to approach us as individuals who have suffered a loss and are moving through a significant transition.

After my elderly father passed away, my family and I wanted to sell off the many items in his East Bay home as part of settling his estate. We interviewed a few estate sale specialists, and selected Jesse and Lux Appraisals because of his knowledge and professionalism when we met. My family kept some of the items in his house for our own, but there were still a fair amount of stuff to sell. My Husband and I unexpectedly needed to liquidate the contents of our home. Times were very stressful for us. Lux Estate Liquidators were lifesavers.
