I want to say a few words about my experience using Jesse's services. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and easy to get along with. The whole project went smoothly, as Jesse had described, as he prepared us for what to expect. His assistance made our family's getting through this period not just tolerable but a growing experience for us all.
Lux Appraisers has always been the go to business for ourselves, family, and friends seeking expertise and ethical support in estate services and/or appraisals. We have personally benefited greatly from the owner's depth of knowledge and care and consistently heard back the same from those in our circle to whom we have recommended them.
The worst company, the guy who runs the estate sales is pushy and misleading. Lied saying that the jewellery was 40 a piece, then up-charged at the till and got mad about us walking away from the purchase when he had mislead us on the price previously. Welcome to the world of sales, we have no obligation to buy. This was all after trying to rush our decisions and making pushy comments. Avoid the sales he hosts. Also very overpriced anyways.
Absolutely the worst experience ever, the Trust company found Luxx they did the appraisal for incredible amount of money. I went to pick up some of my Dad’s personal items paintings he drew of our brothers and sisters and Jessie no you can’t have those I will be selling them. Jessie was so heartless.
We needed to clear our home and were concerned about whether the good quality things we had would be recognized and priced appropriately. Jesse Mazzio of Lux Appraisers saw what we had, had an extensive and broad knowledge of the value of a very eclectic range of items and priced things appropriately. We were very pleased with his professional approach and we were really impressed with his extensive knowledge and experience. A great experience during a time that could have been much more stressful. Thanks Jessie!
