I had my first Medi-Facial at Lux Aesthetics about a week ago, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My therapist, Kass, was very professional and took the time to explain each step of the treatment clearly, which made me feel relaxed and confident throughout the session. Vanessa did an amazing job dissolving a lip treatment I received at another clinic. She was informative, patient, and created a safe space to ease my nerves. I was concerned about the healing process, but within a few hours the swelling was minimal. A week later, my lips had returned to how they were before the previous treatment, and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 highly recommend!
Had a skin analysis done and it was amazing and everything was explained well . Can’t wait to get started on my treatment plan .
