Ordered my item 2/2/25 and was excited to receive, with my receipt saying arrival in 3-6 days. It’s now 2/22/25, and after 2 emails to customer service, an unanswered website inquiry (with promised response in 24 hrs), I’m left with no product and no refund. Disappointed, and do not recommend.
I placed an order with Luvmemore on December 12th, and as of today, December 29th, the order has not been shipped. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service for an update, I have not received any response. This experience has been highly disappointing, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.
