This firm is unprofessional. I lost my PPP due to the lack of response from them. The person whom I was dealing with was out of the office and my taxes were completed but nobody there would send them to me. I called and emailed for three weeks. Finally, I got through and was told I had to wait for him to get back. When I called to let them know what happened due to the lack of response I was told, "I am refunding your money and never want to hear from you again". Really? In the chair waiting on Bob! Great CPA, convenient location. Lots of parking , clean establishment, friendly staff. We have been using them since 01' with no complaints. Eveyone we have evere reffered to them has been satisfied and reffered others in turn. Great accountant, & very small business friendly. He has a presentation room and gives great business presentations. Enjoy.
