Absolutely horrible customer service. Turned my documentation in over a month ago at the end of January. Was just informed today that there was one mistake and they won’t be able to help us fix our taxes and get everything submitted. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I've had my taxes done here for the past 5 or so years. It's quick, simple and she does a great job explaining things to me. The women at the front counter are always pleasant. It's a great option for someone who isn't quite confident enough to do their own taxes.
Highly recomended! Laurie is exceedingly smart, intutive, and very detail orientated. Every tax return is done professionally, on time, and with the utmost care. And for all the work, the fee is very, very reasonable and fair. Thank you for all the hard work!
