Have incorporated a business, done multiple property transactions as well as wills and POA's at the Sussex office , would highly recommend their services
I have used Lutz Parish Gerrish for two property transactions and both were handled seamlessly. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the staff connected to my file. Walking into the office on both occasions, I was treated kindly and with respect.
I was given the run-around for months. I would follow up by email and phone with no improvement whatsoever. When I asked how much of my retainer remained, it turned out she had been billing me hundreds of dollars for nothing, including every time I emailed or called chasing them to accomplish what I paid them to do. It never did get done. I threatened her with the Law Board of NB and she returned SOME of my money. Terrible experience and a horrible waste of money and time.
If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! Carley Parish is a horrible money grabbing lawyer that only cares about herself. Carley will look at what money you have or may have coming to you & makes sure that she uses every cent plus so you will never be able to recover from your divorce. I was dragged to court 12 times for every little thing, had to resubmit a lot of things that I already had given her so she could charge me again for them. Very bad experience. Ms Carly & her firm looks so unfair with Clint’s. She is trying to charge me 4000$, to fight 170$ TRAFFIC ticket in Bathurst area in NB. I paid her 1500. Now they hired collection agent for more2500… May be they do not have more cases to work on.
