I was generally happy with the advice I got, until I started getting billed. One 15-minute phone call cost me $300. I felt that was highly excessive, e-mailed the company regarding that fact, waited nearly a week, and never heard back. If you use this firm, get that all in writing before you start. I run a service business, and that is not how we operate. To each there own, I guess.
Blake was awesome and patient as he talked us through a 401k enrollment…he is truly a professional!
