Definitely disappointed as I was referred to this firm. Because of who referred me I put my trust completely in their hands and have been let down over and over again. Initially I thought I was in good hands, I had no reason to think otherwise. At this point I could care less about the settlement. At no point have I been take serious and the only thing that comes out of Samantha’s mouth is “this is a $100,000 policy.” Not “are you ok” or “are you being taken care of”. I had never had an accident suit before but with Lutz, Bobo, Telfair et al things went very smoothly. My attorneys were great at helping me deal with my overwhelm and guided me through the process, but mostly they just took care of things. I personally liked the attorneys I worked with.
