Beware of this company. They will call you on site for an interview. Waste 3 to 4 hours of your day. Give you some of their unwanted lame product as a gift. They will then not hire you giving equally lame excuse for it. Do yourself a favor and decline to interview here on-site.
Very professional. Quality of products are from a different time when things were built to last, and companies were proud to make them last. The attention to detail and performance is truly outstanding. Hats off to the teams that put in all the extra work to make the Lutron experience!
The interview process is archaic in nature so I can only assume the environment there is similar. They really need to revise the hiring process as many of the questions asked seemed quite inappropriate for the task at hand. Hours of interviews could've been reduced by asking "do you have a degree in this field."
I am so disappointed in this company. Someone close to me tried to get a job here. After putting them through THREE INTERVIEWS one being three hours long, they turned them down in an e-mail. Such a waste of time, money, and resources. It’s extremely wrong to string people along. Some people are trying to get a job in order to survive. I would never recommend trying to work for this company
