How a place can operate in todays market, and not be available to do a simple sale at their location Is pure, and utterly ridiculous. No one, is allowed through the door. Makes me wonder, how anyone buys through them, when your basically sent wood/s akin to just buying a lotto ticket, and scratching/hoping for the best.
Will call remains available. The turn around was about a day from online order to will call. The quality of materials seems fantastic. I can't wait to start building.
