Called for an appointment here for an impedance and manometry test in Feb of 2026, the actual appointment was to be in March of '26. A week before the appointment, they called and told me they had to cancel the appointment because of some equipment problem. I never heard from them again to reschedule. I ended up going to St. Joe's to have it done. We are now into July and my GI doc has referred me to them again for surgery. They are not very honest about the care they provide I was told that they would do the weight loss surgery on me but they lied to me about that and reading the notes from the displanary team I found out that they were just playing games with my health

Everything has been great until I had to cancel my appointment and I asked them to call me to reschedule and no one has called me for a few weeks. I didnt even know what the clinic was called until now. When someone calls me to reschedule my appointment and gives me the contact info for my provider, I'll take this review down.

Recently went here for Impedence testing at referral of my physician. Two months later no results. The device sat for a month and then they blamed IT issues for weeks. I had to initiate all questions and ask for follow up at every turn. No results. They charged my insurance for this and I had to ask for a refund. No results. Do not come here! Coming off meds and suffering for this test and getting no results is horrifying. When I asked what they were going to do to ensure it wouldn’t happen to someone else they had no answer... read more
