This is the biggest joke I have ever experienced. This program requires families who seeks help to use the aides they matched for at least four hours per visit, while the aide actually only wants to work for two hours per visit. They kept calling me to threaten me that I must let the aide stay for four hours even I am the one who pays the aide, they do not do anything but pointing fingers. I would never recommend this program to anybody including personal care givers who are looking for a job.
