Company takes in medicaid patients as long-term care patients and then kicks them out after they're sent to the hospital, claiming they can't support them anymore. Please report this company if you've experienced issues. Contact Medicaid, Medicare, and the mayor of Arlington Heights with your concerns. Leadership here is a disgrace.
Very disappointed in the MyRehab at your facility. My dad was treated badly while there for rehab through Medicare. The first section he was in was terrible. The area was so hot that his cardiac defibrillator machine broke. He was on 3 blood pressure medications that made him urinate more often. My dad would call the nurse to come and change him but the nurse ignored him for 2 hours. Also, food was cold and unappetizing so I had to bring food from home.
