This organization only cares about looking good. No communication or fluidity whatsoever. No one knows what the other is doing and you're constantly being passed around like a hot potato until management says "I will look into it and get back to you". Rinse and repeat. How bad does it have to be when the POA can't get a COPY of a medical document? When a concern is raised about your family members care needs, it's money first and compassion later. We are a newly retired couple in our 60’s and have recently downsized to a beautiful and spacious townhouse after selling our Toronto home.
