Put in an application for my mother and they never contacted me or her to even let us know if we were on a waiting list or not. I then called them and the lady couldn't even speak a sentence or re read me back my information correctly she sounded drunk or impaired. Even if they did call me back I wouldn't accept my mother going there
I've lived here for two and a half years and I absolutely love it, utilities and water as well as trash are included with the rent. It's a great place for seniors to move to if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, and very relaxed place.
I moved into Luther Meadows Retirement apartments back in July of 2023. It's been a little over seven months and I really like it. It's based on your income and for what I'm paying, my gas and lights trash and sewer are all covered as well as my rent. The neighbors that I have here are really sweet and I get to hang out with them when I'm not working. There are a lot of fun activities to do and we're able to go out on day trips.
