Although their website does not seem to be working properly, the customer service team is excellent. I ordered a lodge jacket, expected delivery was 3 to 5 weeks, I received it within 10 days. Absolutely fabulous
What is going on with the website? I've business with JP Luther for most of my Masonic career. But I guess that they no longer want or need my business. Guess I'll go elsewhere.
I have ordered from JP Luther several times and have never had an issue. They operate on “the level” as masons should.
