Incredible customer service from Juan, Cindy and Natasha. They are great ambassadors for your bank and brand. I was traveling to Europe for three weeks and Cindy was incredible in facilitating my purchases of all hotels, flights, and activities prior to my departure . Natasha Ellis is the best. I have been their client since 2020 and Natasha is my account manager. Natasha has provided excellent VIP services to all her clients.She is confident, friendly and efficient. Her vast knowledge has made the difficult tasks simple. Natasha's laugh is contagious because she truly loves her clients. The branch manager Melissa is also a great backup if Natasha is not on duty. I truly believe WaFd Bank will continue its " High Customer Satisfaction" after the acquisition of Luther Burbank Savings.
Our mom was a client of WaFd Bank. When she passed away, the Long Beach branch team was incredibly supportive with my brother and me (non clients). They helped us with all the necessary procedures in such a warm and professional way! I have been a customer of this bank for many years; starting with Luther Burbank. I have found the personal service in this branch to be outstanding; particularly with Natasha Ellis who goes out of her way to solve problems in a lovely, friendly way. There have been a few glitches in the transition to WaFd; those are policy changes and their personable service has remained at the same high level
