Terrible experience with this joke of a company! I get to the ramp at the appointment time and they are No Show. I try to contact them and no answer. Finally through sending an email one of them calls me back claiming they cancelled and I should have received a text but their phone system was down and the $50 deposit is supposed to be refunded.
