I love going to luso Bank in Wilbraham it's right up the road. That's where I had my mortgage and I built a nice relationship with Terry there. When anyone says that they're going to be buying a house or a car or whatever. Actually you got to go to a credit union. Go to luso's I've been going then for years. Their percentage rate is so much lower than a regular commercial Bank. Very welcoming and friendly people there.

The Wilbraham office is always very helpful and customer focused. Recently, the team helped with a banking task which usually takes a long time at other banks and they completed it quickly and were very pleasant along the way!
